This book was written by an older pastor to help other pastors and ministerial students to find, identify, address, and resolve the often overlooked key factor in discipleship - the me-ism factor. As founder (1990) and president of TLC Ministries, Inc., he has worked very closely with hundreds of churches helping them raise major funds for their facilities. He has pioneered the Ministry Approach, which has proven itself to develop very generous stewardship and giving disciples while raising those funds. He draws from his extensive personal experience in the ministry to share with others how the development of disciples can best be accomplished while addressing the attitude issues that are related to giving and stewardship.
