Refund

If the order is placed using Credit card or Debit Card, then the refund will be done to the credit card or debit card used for purchase in Booksvenue. If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery payment option, no cancellations are allowed if the Book is dispatched In 7 – 14 Working Days. If there is any delay, our customer service will inform the customers. If the payment method is Gift coupon, then a new gift coupon will be issued if the Book is cancelled or not available. If the order is placed using PayPal, the refund will be done back to the PayPal account only.

Booksvenue doesn't guarantee the availability of the Books or E-books or Gift Cards mentioned in the site. If the product is not available, the order will be cancelled and refund would be processed for Credit Card / PayPal orders.

No cancellation or refunds are provided for E-Books or Gift Cards which are E-Mail delivery as the codes or downloadable options are sent to the registered E-Mail address and it cannot be changed or sent to another customer. If the customer faces any issues with the Gift card codes, they have to directly get in touch with the Gift card brands.

If the address mentioned is incorrect, the courier will return back the product to our company address and we will not be refunding the order if the Address is incorrect or if the courier attempts to call the customer and there is no response. The customer can get in touch with us at contact@booksvenue.com and provide the address again with contact details and once the second shipping charges are paid from the customer, we will again dispatch the product from our end.

Replacements

If the Book is received in a damaged condition, then the Book will be replaced with a new one from our end. Please ensure to intimate us immediately if the Book is received in a damaged condition within 1 hour of receiving the same so that the investigation team will check the issue with the courier partner and update us. The replacement will be sent once the investigation is done. We won’t be able to provide a replacement if it is not intimated to us immediately.

Returns - Pick Up Process

If the Book is damaged during delivery, we will ensure to pick up the damaged Book and send a new one at no extra cost. The customer has to bear any charges for sending the product to Booksvenue office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
