Donna DeVane lives in Alabama where she spends a lot of time out doors & on the radio. As a station owner / director / host, author, life coach, teacher & healer, she enjoys helping others to help themselves. She shares insights on Awakened Radio teaching the principles in her books as well as covering other topics of interest. She got the title "barefoot guru" a few years ago when doing video coaching with a client who was telling the story of a friend who was concerned that Donna's teaching might be too weird, eclectic. Donna began laughing at the idea, fell back on her bed where her legs came uncrossed, on barefoot in the air, Donna began saying, Yea.. the Barefoot Guru. Donna jokingly refers to herself this way to remind us that we are all our own Guru, barefoot or not.
