Belle and the 100 Mile Smile

Mitzi Henry is a wife, educator and special needs advocate. She is also the mama of three pretty awesome kids. Belle is based on her 7 year old twins, Neva and Jack. Jack was born with Fragile X Syndrome. Fragile X is a genetic condition that causes significant cognitive delays as well as behavioral and learning challenges.
