After two deployments in the United States Marine Corps as a non-commissioned officer during WWII and Korea; and, after four years of cruises as an Able-Seaman/Quartermaster in the American merchant marine, the author--John B. Moullette--returned to high school at Temple University to earn his diploma. Subsequently, he earned three higher degrees at the College of New Jersey and Rutgers University. He chose a career in vocational-technical education and in industrial training - domestically and internationally.
