Ronald Holden is a veteran journalist who has been writing about food, wine & travel for over 40 years. A graduate of Yale, he served as a news producer at King Broadcasting. As Seattle Weekly's executive editor he created its first restaurant pages. With Glenda Holden he wrote five early guidebooks to the Pacific Northwest (among them the award-winning "Northwest Wine Country"). For 15 years he also operated a luxury wine-touring company, France In Your Glass. Holden contributes regularly to a variety of regional food and wine publications. His online journal about food, wine, and travel, Cornichon.org, was named one of the ten best food blogs on the Internet
