Ken Julien writes books of current social issues, travel, poems, and fiction. He is a CPA, and holds an MBA degree from Arizona State University. Raised in a family of modest means, he spent his early years living in New York, Florida, Mississippi, and Arizona. He was a member of five labor unions, including the UAW. After graduating college from the, State University of New York at Albany, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona. There he began a successful business career.
