David is a military veteran, author, business financial analysis and a Certified Public Accountant that specializes in personal money management strategies, tax reduction strategies, small business development and rental property investing. After he completed his military service he was on a mission to learn how to create wealth, escape poverty, and never return to it. He enrolled in low cost community colleges and later transferred to the University of Maryland, College Park, where he racked up tens of thousands of dollars in student loans that would take him more than 12 years to pay off. So, he understands the current $1.5 trillion college loan debt problem and all the horrors it brings. He became a small business consultant working two-part time accounting jobs to support himself through college. Upon graduation, the largest Financial Public Accounting firm in the world recruited him and he became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). There he specialized in personal and business financial strategies, taxation, financial planning, business start-ups and consulting. He began teaching others what he had learned conducting personal financial seminars to small audiences. Later, he became a paid financial seminar speaker. He wrote a weekly financial article for a local newspaper. He conducted radio interviews taking questions from listeners all over. He became a license real-estate agent and a license Insurance agent. He worked as an independent financial consultant of a money management firm where he further developed his personal financial planning skills. He started his own business where he helped people develop a plan to get out of consumer debt, reduce their taxes, and start their own businesses.
