Long before his name became synonymous with the modern Leadership from rich Indian heritage, Ayan was working 60-70 hours a week at an Fortune 100 Multi-National Company (MNC) where he had first-hand knowledge of the problems and dilemma faced by Leaders, squeezing in time before going to the office and during travels to work on his hobby--writing books to help people. His solutions are inspired by the rich tradition of India. This knowledge has helped modern day leaders like Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs to name a few. Born on December 22, 1980 in India, to a modest family, Ayan as a child dreamed of being a Religious preacher and the vast knowledge of ancient Indian philosophy always kept him awake at night. Realizing he didn't have the right stuff at the moment as people will not take him seriously until he won respect in the society, he shifted gears and majored in Electrical Engineering at National Institute of Technology, India and won the silver medal in that year. After graduating from engineering school in 2004, he went on to practice engineering for more than a decade in India in MNC Companies. During this tenure he meet with a lot of bright peoples from across the globe and found that all of them had the longing to get the most out of life but didn't knew how to get it. In order to solve this problem and help others which was his primary goal in life he began writing his first book on the topic. Getting up at 5 a.m. every day to get in several hours of writing time before heading off to work, Ayan spent three years on "How to get the best out of Life Book" and finished it in 2015. With good response from the readers, Ayan energy increased and is writing many great books. He is constantly in touch with People at high positions in the society who are leading a successful life and also at the same time finding problems in daily life that needs a solution.
