About the Author: A bit about me (Basic Bio) My birth date is 11/7/1994 I am diagnosed with: Schizoaffective disorder (which I will commonly refer to in this book as Bipolar disorder because I have more Bipolar symptoms than symptoms of Schizophrenia) Schizoaffective disorder is when someone has symptoms of both schizophrenia AND bipolar disorder. I also have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizotypal Personality Disorder and I have struggled with self-harm. In 1st Grade I would quarrel with my teacher often, the only thing that sticks out in my mind about 1st grade was I wrote a short story about my death. I went sledding (in the story) and a hidden bomb blew me up, everybody lived happily ever after, they laughed, they cheered, they Celebrated, the world was now picture perfect, now that I was dead...they never called a conference about my mental health, I have no idea why. It was pretty clear however that there was something wrong with my little mind. I have tested this book on myself and know that it works for me and because it's based on the fact that we are all human beings it should work for you too!
