My name is Keith Argyle and I have been writing most of my life as a hobby. However, at 40 years of age I retired from work and was given the chance to pursue my writing ambition. I decided to take up my hobby of writing and make it my profession. To date I have written over 40 books of varying lengths and subject. My favourite genre has always been science fiction, but have written books in other genres. I am now 65 and still writing on a daily basis averaging between 2000 - 3000 words a day when working on a new novel. I don't write to make a fortune, I write because I love it. You could say, I don't write to live, I live to write. I have all my current books on Amazon Kindle and they sell at different prices, although the science fiction seem to be the most popular. However, the science fiction by far out-sell the other books. This doesn't mean I don't sell the others, but science fiction and some fantasy seems to be very popular most of the time. I hope to go on writing as long as my time lasts and enjoy every minute, I may not leave fortunes for my family, but I will leave a legacy of books for them to have and read for many years to come.
