Years later, the American government struggles to escape the grip of the Corporate Committee, while European resistance fighters turn to terrorism to overthrow controlling American interests. "Information dealers" spy on corporations and governments alike, selling secrets to the highest bidder.

In the midst of this multilayered global power struggle, one megacorp develops game-changing technology: genetically engineered and mass-produced disposable soldiers. Who controls the soldiers controls the future.

When a prototype soldier activates and disappears, a high-stakes game of espionage, terrorism, and corporate intrigue begins.
