Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Lady Kellz moved to Baltimore, MD in 2011 where she decided to start focusing on her lifelong dreams and passions. Lady Kellz started writing poems at a very young age. Growing up in the 80's as a bi-racial female, this was her outlet to the negativity she perceived because of her race. Always putting her feelings on paper, she knew this is what God had destined for her. Lady Kellz had always been an avid reader. Her mom probably put a book in her hand at birth. Her constant reading motivated her to become an author herself. She is signed to her own publishing company, "Melistery Publications." Her first debut novel "Just Grimey" was self published on April 30, 2014 and has received 5***** reviews. Lady Kellz is excited to have the opportunity to share her literary works with all nations. Her dream is to become a successful bestselling author. . Lady Kellz is a wife, mother, career woman and author. She enjoys life to the fullest, she enjoys reading, writing, playing Ruzzle and helping others in any way that she can. She is the Health Chair for a community organization named, "No Boundaries Coalition," where she is fighting hard to end food injustices within Baltimore City.
