Kate is a teacher. She has a bachelor's degree BA(Hons) and a PGCE in Education. She been teaching for twenty years. After gaining a diploma in hypnotherapy and counselling, she has used these psychological approaches in her books. She now enjoys the flexibility of writing and teaching.
