The recent confirmation of the neutrino mass allows a new theoretical investigation into the quantum mechanical nature of gravity. This brief book presents a quantum mechanical theory of gravity based on the well established results of quantum mechanical calculations concerning the Coulomb potential. We assume the gravitational charge of a particle is equivalent to its mass. Investigating this theory we determine a graviton of mass=0, spin=1. We also demonstrate the gravitational charge of a partcle is not constant but changes with a particle's energy. Finally, we conclude there is one fundamental force dictating the behavior of all matter.
