A Slippery Land

Rick Conti has written a dozen screenplays, a hundred or so sketches and short plays, and a handful of short stories. This is his first novel. After barely surviving a career in software, a field populated by latent artists of all stripes, a series of misadventures and one tyrannical employer inadvertently gave him the chance to try his hand at writing full time. He's grateful for the opportunity. Rick spent eight years as Director of Communications for a nonprofit that helps Haitian women create and maintain their own businesses.
