Backyard Griling

Ava Ferguson is probably the most unlikely candidate to write a Cook Book. As a busy real estate agent, cooking was the furthest thing from her mind. She had no time or desire to spend time in the kitchen until one day her husband's illness changed her mind about cooking. To nurse her husband Glenn back to health, she learned to cook delicious and healthy food. Ava readily confessed that, even after many years, there are times when she can hardly wait to wash and dry her hands and get out of the kitchen. She loves cooking and trying new recipes, but the real joy for her is looking over the table and seeing the faces of her friends and loved ones enjoying the food she has prepared for them. She no longer minds the time and frustration it takes to prepare a new recipes and do it over and over, until it is just right. Seeing the happy faces across the table it makes it all worth while for her. Ava wrote this book and she is working on more books to come. She firmly believes in the creating and sharing of good food.
