Dr. Hester Young Dr. Young has worked in higher education for over 30 years with expertise in applied learning internship implementation and provides leadership for a university applied learning experience internship program. She is an author, career development professor, master career director, motivational speaker, and a certified professional resume writer. She is founder of Sweet Aroma, a mentoring service for young women, and co- owner of SmarterResumes.com. She serves as an assistant dean. Dr. Young received her BS in Workforce Education and Development, MA in Human Resource Development, and Ed. D. in Education, with emphasis in Higher Education Leadership.
