This edition is in many ways different to all the previous ones. A warm therapeutic word, sits where it's supposed to. It soothes, it heals... It's an appendage to the book "Worse then trauma" dedicated to PTSD and recovering from it, but it can be used on it's own because it has all that is needed to achieve affect - turning towards the beautiful things inside you, around you and generally in life without negating life's difficult situations, in fact, by accepting them, but with a conscious choice to search for good in everything and extracting from the bad state. Difficult situations in life are unfortunately, an integral part of life. And less pleasant ('negative') emotions are natural and known to every person. This books has a goal to encourage You and to teach You to better deal with both.
