Kevin Kervick is a coach, teacher, and social entrepreneur with a background in marriage and family therapy and human services leadership. For the past six years, Kevin has been working as a community-capacity builder for A Place for Possibilities, which is an educational nonprofit corporation he founded in 2005, and as a consultant/trainer for other groups, including an international organization that supports the United States Military. His recent polemic, Interpersonal Wisdom, the Capacities and Characteristics of the Best Talk Therapists, published in the forward-thinking New Therapist Magazine, a South-African publication, was well-received as a visionary, iconoclastic view and call to action. Kevin has been married to his high school sweetheart, Karen (Frevel) for twenty-eight years and they have two grown children, Lauren twenty-six, and Brian, twenty-four.
