The Road Dawgs Motorcycle Club, made up solely of active and retired police officers, goes in search of two of its members after they go missing while riding to the Laughlin River Run in Nevada. Having last heard from veteran bikers Gator Joe Farris and Cracker Jack McVey shortly after their departure from Wickenburg Arizona, the two mysteriously vanish. After contacting law enforcement authorities in Arizona, the Club finds out that prior to Gator Joe and Cracker Jack's disappearance, 14 other bikers have disappeared over a two year period from the same general area and under similar circumstances. Even after the formation of a multi-jurisdictional task force to investigate the large number of missing bikers, law enforcement authorities are left baffled and without any clues. The Road Dawgs become quickly frustrated at the lack of progress that law enforcement is making in the case. In their minds, if their brothers are to be found and the case is to be solved, the Road Dawgs will need to do it themselves. Follow the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Road Dawgs Motorcycle Club and their mascot, Scruffy the Bulldog as they sift through the desert sands along U.S. 93 in Arizona searching for their missing brothers or the mythical Blue Wind that blows over the body of a dead police officer
