Author Details

Richard has spent his entire adult life in education with the last 30 years devoted to Indian education. He has been a teacher and administrator in reservation schools in South Dakota and in Arizona. He recently retired from Oglala Lakota College after 13 years as an instructor at the college teaching education and special education courses.
