Presentation and public speaking skills determine how effectively you can communicate the right information to your audience. These skills are vital in business, sales, training, and teaching. In this book, we will explore effective sales presentations in three parts. First, we will cover preparation skills, including planning, writing, development, equipment, and discovery. Second is techniques for the presentation itself, and third, we will look at the follow-up, debriefing, and evaluating feedback. these tricks are not universal, and each one must be incorporated accordingly to an individual presenter's own unique style and situation. These skills will allow you, the reader, to become a more effective, more confident presenter.
