The Jamaican traditional oven is a compilation of our fourth parents blending and baking. These recipes are traditional values, but somehave been modified by the new generations, still they're the same good taste and rich volumes. Most of our ingredients came from even the earliest inhabitants of the island; the Arawaks, Spaniards and other trespassers who had left us some of the tastiest we now called our own. This publication is a time machine that will take back to the good 'ole' daysfresh tasting bake foods from puddings, buns, breads and other fine baking produced. All of these are products that I have used and now recommending to you!Pineapple coconut pie1/4 cup pineapple juice1 teaspoon lime juice 3 cups flour (sifted)2 medium eggs beaten 2 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup coconut milk2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon butter Preparation: 1. Cream butter and sugar.2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes
