In 1989 then Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton passed unconstitutional legislation targeting our landfill company in Southeast Arkansas. This legislation allowed a monopoly in the area for one of Clinton's largest contributors, Waste Management, and forced our company into bankruptcy. In 1990 I wrote Clinton and he responded, his letter is one of the many documents, news reports, pictures, cartoons and court documents included herein. These pieces tell the story of how Clinton kept us out of business and Yankee garbage off the front pages of the news papers in the Natural State while he ran for President.
