Susan Gross is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC); as well as a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI. Susan started in the Human Resource/Recruiting field in 2006 upon reentering the workforce after her divorce and several years as a stay-at-home mom. As an executive search recruiter, she focused in the creative market, a space that was familiar to her based on an extensive 15-year background in marketing/advertising as a TV and radio broadcast producer. Upon obtaining her Master's in Human Resource Management followed by an MBA in 2010, she began working as a Human Resource Professional. Susan is also the co-author of "Tibi's Journey From Nyirbator to America," her father's memoir of surviving the Holocaust. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, practicing yoga, and serving as a volunteer career coach for recent college graduates. Susan has two sons, Jake and Zach, and currently resides in Florida. Briget Bishop is a Certified Professional Life Coach who throws a life jacket to women who are overwhelmed by one or more of a variety of life circumstances, from dread in their marriages to dissatisfaction in the workplace. She empowers her clients to navigate successfully through these murky waters and life challenges. With more than 33 years of experience in Nursing, Information Technology, Coaching and Mentoring, Briget brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her coaching work. She received an MBA from Averett University, a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University, and a certification as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation. When she isn't working, Briget enjoys volunteering at two local organizations, The House of Mercy and Commissioned by Christ. A Northern Virginia resident, she enjoys spending time with daughters Maureen and Tori, as well as two grandchildren, Jack and Evelynn.
