Author Details

Daniel Keeran was born in Marion, Ohio. With a background in Biblical Studies and a graduate degree in European history, he has developed a knowledge of baptismal basins through extensive research, visiting numerous baptismal sites in Europe and the Mediterranean region, and interviewing archaeologists who excavated some of the sites. The author is a graduate of David Lipscomb University (BA, Biblical Literature and European History), the University of Kentucky (MA, European History), and Kent School of Social Work, UL (MSW, Clinical Social Work). He has also written Ancient and Medieval Baptismal Fonts, If There Is No God: Meditations On Believing, and Radical Christianity: Peace and Justice in the New Testament.
