Dr. Kevin Boileau, is an international lawyer, mediator, and psychoanalyst and the Managing Partner of the mediation firm of Boileau Conflict Solutions. Dr. Boileau is Executive Director of the Existential Psychoanalytic Institute of North America, the Interim Director of BCS Dispute Resolution Research, and is activly involved in the mathematics of game theory, the applied psychoanalysis of conflict, and international family law mediation. Dr. Boileau is also Professor of Psychoanalysis and Critical Theory at a number of intitiutions of higher learning and lives in both San Francisco and Missoula.
