She begins with sharing her own story of losing her brother, Michael at 24 and how it affected the family and especially her mother. She tells of the horror of losing her own son at the age of 24 and how she had no choice, but to dive deep into acceptance and the miraculous openings of what followed after fully accepting the death of her son.
In part two she shares how she has developed a strong and lasting connection with her son, Sal. She tells of ancient yogic teachings and shares her own direct experience on how she stays connected with Sal. She teaches a meditation used by the yogic sages to connect with your passed loved ones. Though her experience with her son Sal and through talking to many people around the world she helps you recognize the signs your passed loved ones are sending you. Through her stories of creative and numerous signs, you begin to open your heart to the possibility that death is a transition from form to formless. Especially because she often receives validation in mysterious ways that her sign was real, and not a figment of her imagination.
In part three she teaches how to build a strong core, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. She does this through her studies in science, quantum physics, health/wellness, meditation, yoga, spirituality and through her own experiences in these practices. Anna Marie offers grounded techniques to over come adversity and loss and to become stronger from life's many challenges. She discusses how practicing acceptance/surrender and present moment living are crucial to healing from loss of any kind.

Anna Marie Enea recently moved to the lush forest in Oregon to be with her son, Arthur. She was born, raised, and lived in Northern California most of her life. She holds a master's degree in exercise physiology and nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in heath science/public health; she is also an RDH (registered dental hygienist).
