A red-velvet curtain flutters in the open window of the Inquisitor's caravan, as it rumbles slowly into the 14th century town of Faerburn, England. Drake Haughton sits inside, toying with his dice. Drake considers the town a cesspool, and its inhabitants as either scoundrels or uncouth buffoons. He would much rather be in some other place... any other place! The Inquisitor has been summoned for a reason, however; a woman is to be tried for practising witchcraft, and punishing those found guilty is a task which panders to his perverse nature! Drake is about to roll his dice again. After years of meting out torture and death to hundreds of innocent people, in his typically horrendous and sadistic style, Drake is about to come face-to-face with something that beggars belief. Faerburn is a hotbed of weird behaviour; it always was, and if Rose Blake has her way, it always will be! Roll up, roll up The Fun of the Fair, See the wytch burning Laugh if you dare! Let the GOTH begin!

About the Author Graham Kenyon was born in Bolton, England, at a time when cobble stone streets were the norm, the Bolton Wanderers beat Manchester United for the FA Cup, Harry Webb (Cliff Richard) released his first record, B.O.A.C flew the first jet airline service across the Atlantic and Donald Campbell set a new water speed record at a whisker over 248m.p.h. In the next few years The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and Elvis would lay down the soundtracks for the lives of many thousands of people, movie musicals would dominate box-offices, and the notion of man setting foot on the moon would become a reality. This is the era his earliest memories were created. Migrating to Sydney, Australia, with his family when he was 8 years old added a different layer of experiences and influences to his life. Together, these memories and experiences have inspired his writing. He is the third of four children and is father to two sons and a daughter. He now lives on the Gold Coast, in sunny south-east Queensland, where it's beautiful one day and perfect the next! For many years, the thought of writing a novel was just that....a thought! From the age of 16 he began burning the ears of his friends with his ideas for stories. Finally, and one can only assume out of a need for self-preservation, in 2010 some of these same friends convinced him to put fingers to keyboard and bring those ideas to life. Now with 'Goth' completed, several others in various stages of completion and many, many ideas covering a whiteboard, he's realised his dream of becoming a writer. His writing is influenced by a number of authors, including: J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Kathy Reichs, Raymond E. Feist and J.K. Rowling, and he lists Paul McCartney, Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Vincent van Gogh and John Depp amongst his creative heroes.
